Scrumptious moist cake made with fresh pureed dates, espresso, and vanilla in a buttery pecan toffee sauce.

All of our puddings are hand-made in small batches with great care to ensure that they are moist and delicious when you get to eat them.  We use only the finest quality, fresh natural ingredients.  The puddings are each baked in individual mini pudding basins giving them an authentic "pudding" shape. Simply heat and serve!

Handling Instructions:

Remove plastic film from the top, heat in the container . Microwave one pudding for 45 seconds-1 minute. Up to 4 puddings for 2 minutes. Heat in the oven for 15 minutes at a medium temperature.
